Is the fluid level where it should be? Do you feel the transmission slipping when trying to shift to 2nd gear? Have you ever changed the fluid and filter? If not, I would start there. This problem may have other causes, and they are internal.

Fluids are good just changed filter .i can get in first gear fine. But no matter how muvh gas i give want change into second

Well, then the problem is much complex. The governor may be bad and preventing the gears to shift, the valves can be dirty and the case clogged. In that transmission there is a direct clutch that interferes with the normal shifting when it malfunctions. Don't force the engine or transmission, you will end up with bigger problems. I am going to call my friend, a transmission mechanic and ask him. Do not despair...yet.

Fingers crossed man . Thank you for all your help

sounds like the issue i had with mine years ago ended up being a burned out second gear drum in the transmission
