I have a 2001 Chevy Camaro v6 won't start. When

Basics first: Have battery load tested, Auto-zone can do this. If battery terminals & wires to starter + & frame - are corroded or burned or frayed replace. Check Fuses. Have alternator tested at auto-zone for charging. If starter does not work after all the above tested good and/or replaced then replace starter.

Yes it is the starter, which means take to shop for repairs. Too expensive at this time.
