I have no heat is blowing cold air i change the thermostat plus the flushed the block

If both heater hoses are hot then it's most likely you have a stuck blend air door, now it could be broke or the servo motor is nonoperational, the problem here is getting to it to test the system, most people find it easier to take it their favorite shop and let them deal with it.
