No air blowing from vents. A couple events occurred before this, but im not sure whether or not they're related to this problem...

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Previous to the vent problem I had dealt with issues like a/c blowing cold air
from one vent while the other blew hot air. This would change to both blowing
cold, back to only one vent blowing cold, then both quit blowing cold for a
couple months, and finally one day both a/c vents suddenly began blowing
cold again. I didn't use the a/c for long after it began working again, as it was
the end of summer.
I also recall intermittently hearing a clicking noise coming from under the
dash.  which eventually seised, which sounded like a cd was stuck in the cd
player. I also had a new battery installed. I don't know if these prior events are
related to my current issue of no air blowing from my vents.

I'm wondering if I have a bad relay switch or if something became out of whack when I switch batteries?? Please help.

All of these problems are your actuactors, which is the clicking you heard. Unfortunately this is a consequence and a bad design of unhooking the battery for any reason. PIA to replace. Look up how to reset the the actuators.
