Check the door jam switches, one may be bad, stuck, and the switch by the head light switch, make sure it is off, the one that dims the lighting.

i checked the jam switchs they are good but if the head light switch is the problem is that needs to be replaced

Well I would say for sure since I'm not looking at it, but more than likely if it does not turn off with the dimmer switch with the doors closed, and it is part of the headlight switch then yes.
