MY 2002 GMC 2500HD DIESEL WONT START. IT TURNS OVER BUT WILL NOT START

LIVE IN CARSON CITY, NV. AND IT IS VERY COLD.  DIDNT START MY TRUCK FOR 3 DAY AND WENT OUT TO START IT ON THE THIRD MORNING AND IT WOULDNT START.  I HAVE SINCE FOUND THE PLUG FOR THE BLOCK HEATER AND PLUG IN OVER NIGHT.  STILL WONT START.  I CANT EVEN JUMP IT TO TAKE IT SOMEWHERE TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT.  CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

see above. also, how old are your batteries? it takes a lot to start a diesel, and if your batteries are low enough, they might not start it even with a jump.
