1970 Cadillac Eldorado

I have a 1970 Cadillac Eldorado with 74k OG Miles.
The interior is perfect, it drives like a dream.
However, there is what looks to be cancerous rust
at the base of the vinyl top. I’m looking to sell this
car and someone is offering $2k but I feel that’s a
tad low. Any advice?

To fix the rust the vinyl top will have to be removed and possibly metal replaced. Have a body shop look at it.
