Why does my car not turn on?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changed crankshaft position sensor and it runs good for a week or two but then goes out
again replaced it about 5 times already

Are you buying the cheaper ones that are available on line? Or the good ones from a parts store like auto zone? I have not had good luck trying to get a good cheap electronic parts on line. All because they say its as good as oem does not make it so.

Buying them from autozone had warranty on them so just kept swapping them out but a week or two later goes out again
