No oil pumping after repairs

Asked by Blindtboy Nov 09, 2019 at 12:14 PM about the 2002 Chevrolet Impala

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Mother overheated her 02 impala 3800. Blew head
gaskets and cracked the heads. I replaced the
heads cleaned everything and put back together.
Started it up but don't have oil pumping up to the
valve covers. Could it be a sensor or pump or did I
miss something?
