You will need to check a Hollander's Manual to know for sure. You could also check with NPD (National Parts Depot) or Year One. Both companies may have these lenses new, as they specialize in the G.M. A-body cars. The good news is that all of the Special/Skylark/Sport Wagon models of a given year use the same front clip, so things like grills, bumpers, and lights interchange.

No, 64 has an amber lens behind the clear lens.65 skylark was clear with a crome gravel guard (bumper a) 65 bumper b was for special and wagons, different screw pattern
