Parts for re-installing a 4spd to a 1970 GTO that currently has an automatic

Is there a complete parts list to make this conversion?  Driveshaft lenngth, is there a standard length?  Will be installing an M-20 with street clutch assembly.  Rearend is a ten bolt, do not know what rear ratio is.
Engine is a 400 with ram air.

you'll need bell housing & bearing fork , shifter kit , tranny mount , cross member, Z bar & linkage to pedal , 4 speed pedal set, return springs, the bracket for the Z bar ( mounts to the frame) ball fitting for Z bar ( mounts on engine side) .you might get away with the drive shaft , if anything it will be too short . if you are using headers check for clearence where Z bar mounts. i recently did my 65 lemans from auto to 4 speed . all the parts are available used .
