Oil in main fuel body

Asked by GuruFLL4J Apr 23, 2020 at 03:36 PM about the 2008 Hyundai Accent

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While trying to find the source of an oil leak I took off the air
filter cover and the connect piece to the fuel body and
found a puddle of oil. Dies anyone have a suggestion as to
how this would happen? This is a manual transmission as
well.

1 Answer

Probably blow by from the engine. Make sure the PCV is clean and working properly but I think your engine is worn.
