Wont Start after Limp Mode

Asked by May 19, 2017 at 06:48 PM about the 2008 Mercury Milan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had my 2008 mercury milan recently go into limp mode when the wrench
light came on. After shutting engine down it would no longer even attempt
to start. My neighbor who knows vehicles did discover that a transmission
fuse had blown and replaced it. The issue is the vehicle still will not crank
as if it is in a anti-theft mode or something. He was able to jump start with a
power probe to ensure it wasnt the starter. How do we get it to crank after
being in limp mode?
