oil change intervals

forgot to reset oil life   does anyone know the intervals between oil changes? im
at 3000 mi now

I change oil at 3,000 miles if I use dino oil. Every 5,000 miles with synthetic.

Same here - 3000 "dino" oil, 5000 blend or full synthetic. Best thing you can do to keep your car going for a long time.
