Hi calancho, Apparently, you have to remove the grille to get to the headlight assembly. Once removed you should have enough clearance to get to the assembly and/or bulbs. Good luck!

actually you can access it from under the hood by removing the air cleaner

Yeah, no need to remove the grille to replace a headlight bulb. Passengerside just remove air box, driverside you can get at easy. There is a black rubber plug thingon the back of the light housing, pop of and replace bulb. www.trailvoy.com

Hello, I just replaced all the Low & High Beam bulbs on my 2008 Trailblazer. All I did was remove the Air Filter box (5-minutes) then removed the battery & brace (5-minutes) then popped off all the rubber seals covering the 4 bulbs, then replaced each bulb (10-minutes) replaced the rubber seals, replaced the Air Filter Box, replaced the battery & brace (total job time about 35 minutes). No need to remove grill or side marker lamps etc. Very simple job, no problems.

I just removed the round rubber cover off the back of the light, unplugged the wires from the burned out bulb, replaced with a new bulb and put the whole thing back together. Very narrow and hard to see so you need a flashlight and small hands. You only need a screwdriver to loosen the rubber cover and lift off.

Just replaced low beam headlights and still won’t burn. Checked the fuse also and still will not burn. Any suggestions?
