Not clear as to exactly what you mean, but I am guessing that when you open the driver's door of the car, you are hearing a warning chime? If that is the case, then either you have left your lights on or you have a short in the wiring system, either in the ignition cylinder & steering column, or the seat belts. These are the main items that would cause the chime as an alert because the car thinks it is either turned on and you haven't fastened your seat belt, or that you have left the key in the ignition and it is warning you not to lock the doors until you take the key out, or it thinks you have turned the car off and left your lights on and they will kill the battery. Honda has had a problem with the ignition switches wearing out and shorting out, and they have done a recall on them, but I do not know if your year is included in that recall. You can call a Honda dealer and ask themm to see if it is.
