Chevy wont start after recently running and driving it around town

I drove the car earlier in the day, now car
wont start . want to turn over and battery is
strong, head lights come on strong.

fails to start? may be a loose connection to the starter, or starter solenoid connections are loose, might start there before examining the starter switch~ be sure the battery is in tip-top shape has the 12.5 volts at 30 amps~ be sure the amperage is enough~

And if the engine is turning over but not starting (you're not clear on this) check that you've got fuel pressure. Fuel pumps like to quit all of a sudden like that.
