how to unhook a horn wire in a 2008 pt cruiser

the horn on my 2008 pt cruiser goes on whenever it chooses. i want to
unhook the wire that is in the wheel well to silence it  but don't know which
wire to cut

Take the electrical connector loose from actual horn. Don't cut anything. Just make sure no unexpected problems, check engine lamp or trouble codes. If your state does vehicle inspections, if something wrong with horn system, the vehicle probably won't pass inspection. My state stopped doing vehicle inspections, years ago. I can't even remember the last time.
