just wondering if you ever found a code for the universal remote or the
manufacturer of the dvd/entertainment system for the Tribeca B9 -- '08 models?
I just bought my car and the remote is missing.

There's no "universal" remote for these. Simply chase a used fob and follow the instructions in your manual to program it to your car. Pretty easy for these older Subarus.
