What makes my pontiac grand prix jerk when ecellerating

My car jerks when ecellerating on the highway and usually when on an incline

Your transmission could be slipping. Change the transmission fluid and filter.

I got 92 pontiac grand prix 3.1 . Why it jerk on acceleration.

I noticed that it only does it when I burn regular gas but if I burn plus it runs good and never does it ( note my car is not supercharged )
