Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My theft system is preventing my car from
starting. I've replaced the ignition switch
already and still have the same issue

You need to be towed to your local Chevrolet Dealer for repair. This isn't something you can fix yourself. Sorry! HTH. -Jim

turn the ignition on. the theft light should start to blink.leave the key on.wait 10 to 20 min. light should stay on solid.turn key off wait 10 seconds and try to start it.
