2008 jeep liberty right brake light

2008 jeep liberty. Right light/brake light not
working. Center high light above window and left
light work fine.  Blown bulb replaced, socket for
brake light was melted. Replaced ckt board.
Replaced bulbs. Still no light/brakelight on right
side.  Any ideas????  Thx

Thanks Bob. The brake/tail light are the only lights on that circuit board that dont work. The directional and reverse lights work fine on right side. Looks like 5 wires on that connector. I havent checked the ground yet. Would the brakes have a different ground than the other lights on the same connector?
