Vsc off and engine light came on? What does it mean.

It means you should have the vehicle scanned for trouble codes and for the ABS codes. The scanner has to be capable of reading ABS codes. Not all can. This would let you know what is going on. Write down the codes in-case you need further assistance.

I just replaced the water pump after 66,230 miles now it needs a head gasket, head its expensive...

Yes having a shop to do this is expensive. You'll need to figure out if it is even worth it.
