Won't crank

Ok car was running fine but I almost ran out if gas
but put some n n it won't start back. It want s to
and almost does but just seems to b missing
maybe a spark or something.

turn the key don't start it ( KOEO) listen for the fuel pump to prime the system , shut it off , do it again , and then see if it starts try an octane booster , don't run it dry , it's not good

If the engine runs briefly when using starting fluid - but then dies - you could have a clogged fuel filter.
