Bypass security

My husband lost the keys to our 03 Chevy cavalier
and has broke the ignition, he got it to finally start
but we can't get it out of neutral. We have also
found the key but it won't work so how do we get
the car out of park and is there away to get our key
to work again

Have you tried disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes then rehook it back up What that does is clear the memory brain in the vehicle and it will take like 10 minutes for the vehicle to reboot back to normal
