signal lights 2008 f250

2008 f250 both rear blinker work but blink fast,
front ones do not, all bulbs are good, fuses are
good. What could it be?

just paid ford for a new smart junction box$200 and $70 to program it. it controls all lights I had no low beam and all fuses were fine. now my Turn signals flash fast as if a bulb is out. it is how it was programmed .

Front and side mirrors turn signal works fine but nothing in the rear or break lights don't work either. Checked f6 fuse inside for turn signal and it's good. Rear running lights both work when switched on.
