Seems like a misfire or something
popping up code po19 code any idea
on what it might be and best thing to
do about it thanks

You're missing a digit for the code but something that will cause misfires is code P0191 that is related to errtic fuel pressure signal from fuel rail pressure sensor. U can have a bad fuel pressure sensor or wiring but it's most likely fuel pump issue. Check fuel pressure with manual gauge to verify pressure
