Bent open container under '04 Chevy Venture.

Is this container for steering fluid?  My passenger
side is bent open on one corner and leaking. I've
noticed that steering fluid keeps getting low over
time.

That looks like the control arm that is attached to the subframe. And oil or PS fluid on top of it. If your leaking power steering fluid check the hoses above.
