The oil pressure gauge reads 10 I changed the oil pump and sending unit also the gauge but no change. The truck runs fine and no knocking what could be the problem

Well you would want to be sure of the oil pressure. Should just verify it with a mechanical gauge. Also some clusters have to be programmed. Maybe the gauge needs to be calibrated somehow.
