Both NADA and KBB will give you an industry average on the Silverado and is what most banks utilize when loaning on vehicles. The other things that add value to certain buyers is, "curb appeal" and with all the goodies that are listed, it's obvious that this truck was the previous owners baby...............

KBB & NADA are actually a few months behind on their numbers - always have been since it is more historical information... if you know someone who has a connection to a dealership, they can get you the MMR number that is a current $$ value on what is going through the auctions, so you can have a better idea as to wht the dealers should have paid for the vehicle... That being said, using Black Book data which is more tied into the real dealership numbers as well as they are always ontop of predicting vehicle residuals for leasing companies, they have that vehicle with the diesel & those miles at about 12-13k... for a clean retail sale...some of the items you list really don't have any additional value, but are window dressing the dealer will mention to make it sound more spec'd out... if you want to add a grand or so for the TV's and a few bells and whistles, then you'd be looking more at a solid number of 14k... so I wouldn't go any higher than that unless you're really in love and wanted to stretch because its your dream truck - just be aware that anything like that is strictly tied into your emmotions and not value and won't translate into anything should you want to sell or trade in the truck down the road...
