I have a 2004 Impala and the hot light comes on both fans are running had the radiator flushed and antifreeze changed, all hoses are good so what's my problem

Bad radiator cap, defective pum, even though you flushed the radiator the passages may be clogged and you'll have to core it out, did you burp the system and get all the air out????

If you have the 3.4 L V6 it could be a blown head gasket. Those motors are notorious for that. HTH. -Jim
