HEATER / FAN WILL NOT SHUT OFF? EXPRESS VAN 2004

hEATER OR AC IS ALWAYS ON. DOES NOT SHUT OFF WHEN ENGINE IS TURNED OFF.

That would be the resistor for the blower motor.

Did you get it fixed? I have the same problem and I'm worried it will wear down the battery. Thanks!

This happen on my Impala, blower motor would run without the key in the ignition, replace the resistor, and the world was good again for that day.
