2007 Lincoln town car has been sitting up for a while, new battery but won't start

my Lincoln  Towncar has been sitting up with a bad battery for awhile.  Put new
battery on it the motor will turn over fast but the car won't even try to start

You would need to determine if there is spark, and if there is then the fuel pressure would need to be checked.
