i have a milky substance like in my coolant bottle

my oil levels are okay ...the temperature guage is not reading high but the
coolant in the bottle looks frothy or milky even...and runs out when the vehicle
has been driving....2005 v6 engine

If you have no over heating problems, or white smoke coming out the exhaust, and the oil level maintains, it may just be that the coolant is getting old, and should be flushed. Also it sounds like you need to add some coolant in the reservoir.
