Why would the engine shake at idle and check engine light be on? 2007 Milan

After being warmed up the car runs fine but it is shakes and sounds like a fourwheeler when its running at first start up.

im not sure, could be worn piston rings unbalancing the crank, loose mounts, loose crank bolts, it could be a number of things mate. should get proffesional help

Up Draft Oxygen Sensor needs to be replaced,Just did one.It causes a fault light.And causes rough Idle problems
