You have drive by wire throttle, tac/throttle actuator control. Any applicable trouble codes? Does the vehicle go into reduced power mode? There several modes, one of them is throttle default mode, the pcm turns off the tac motor, defaults to low idle or stalls. There are other modes. You could take throttle body off and use a tooth brush to clean the bore. Most solvents are not ok to use in throttle bore. If problem with tac, usually means component replacement and that can be expensive. The throttle body can be 400 bucks or higher. You need proper diagnostics.

Lalando, start cheap and try this..... if this started after you disconnected the battery for what ever reason, do this..... Disconnect fuses # 10 and #28 under the hood. Remove your throttle body and clean it with a sensor safe spray like Seafoam, use a rag and nylon brush only to clean both sides. More than likely, this will cure your problem, as it's very common.
