burning wire smell

my ac was working fine then just like that a burning wire smell then it stopped  no air and the same can be said for heat now cause i tried it also and it doesnt work it a 2007 gmc envoy has anyone else had this problem and if so what did u do to fix it.

either your blower motor or blower motor resistor went out. if it only works on high, then the resistor, if not at all, then one/the other or both
