Padlock system

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced lock cylinder and new key cut. Now car is dead.
No power,won't even try to start

You have to get the new key programmed to the vehicle. Your local Chevrolet Dealer is the best place to have that done. HTH. -Jim

Yes, the system needs to learn the key. You can have a dealer do it. Here is some info n the system.
