How to fix No high beams?

Help. I’m running out of options. All my fuses are
fine. I’ve been all over this car. I’ve replaced the
dimmer switch. Shinned all my grounds and fuses.
The low beam is working. No brights. There’s
connection because I’ve tested it but it isn’t
completing the circuit cut all the way throw. The
day time running lights don’t work either.

I'm on the computer at library as far as posting wiring diagram, it doesn't work like normal computer. For voltage at head lamps, left and right headlamp fuses. Hi and lo beam use the same fuse, as far as voltage. Hi and lo beam control is on the ground circuit. Head lamp switch, headlamp relay, bcm all part of ground circuit, as well as wiring circuits. The pink wire should be ground for hi beams at head lamp. You could try a redundant ground, jumper wire, to see if hi lamp will work/ I did see a code for hi beam control, manufacturer specific code. Sorry, I can't cut and paste anything on this computer. good luck.
