Battery is dead and key is stuck in the ignition

u need to go to your dealer because your computer from your car has block the ignition,thats a feature from preventing thieves from stealing

Key is out but still won't start. Charging the battery..

Battery charged.. Still can't get key out and car won't start. No interior lights but the electric seats work.
