I have a 2007 cadillac cts with about 80,000 miles its hesitating the engine light is on and making a funny grinding noise. Already had a tune up done, and the ignition coil replaced. help!

Supposedly they did thats why the ignition coil waa changed. The engine light was off then about 20 min later it popped back on

mine was making the grinding gears sound and dragging whenever I would press the gas. It was the timing chain. A 3k dollar repair.
