Front right wheel is wobbling, steering wheel is tugging back and forth at all speeds. Is this an alignment issue?

Front right wheel is wobbling, steering wheel is tugging back and forth at all speeds. Can this be fixed with an alignment? I very recently replaced both front axles. The vibration has existed before I did the replacement but has recently gotten a lot worse. The whole front of the car moves back and forth; more pronounced at lower speeds.  Does this sound like an alignment issue or is it something more serious? I would like to know because I have put money into it and it would not be worth putting much more into it. thanks.

You got worn out front end parts. Get that thing to a mechanic before you kill yourself or someone else!
