My 2006 Ion 2 does the same thing. everytime I put gas in......it stalls as I try to accelerate out of the gas station. I have to keep my foot on Brake, rev the engine and take my foot off brake and take off really fast to have it not stall. Will continue to stall everytime I stop and go for like 15 minutes.
