You will have to replace the window regulator and motor assembly. The passenger side window needs silicone lubrication in the window tracks. It is a good idea to keep all of the window tracks lubed with silicone to prevent excessive drag on the window regulator mechanisms. Good luck with it, the job of replacement is not really that hard.
