Engine ticking noise

Looking at buying a 2007 mini but there is a ticking
noise coming from the engine. What could this be?
Should I be worried?

Yes it's mini Cooper!! Stay away from it. Horrible automobile. Go to YouTube and watch Scott Kilmer talk about the 5 worst cars ( Fiat and Chevy Crude as well)
