If you don't use an additive like star tron to negate the ethanol they put in gas that could be the answer. Also using high test gas helps your mileage and your engine. And the best possible oil you can use is Amsoil, it came out way ahead of the 10 synthetics tested in heat resistance. If none of these works check your plugs, you don't say how many miles on your vehicle but modern plugs are designed to get 100k from them, of course this will vary.
