Engine making loud noise and vibrates

My car makes a loud low kind of humming sound
that sounds like it comes the engine and when I
accelerate it gets louder and my car starts vibrating.
I wanna say the sound almost sounds like I put a
muffler on it quiets down after I start it or when I’m
going a consistent speed but doesn’t go away.
