http://www.autoserviceprofessional.com/article/93466/hyundai-wont- leave-park -- check this out. Could be brake pedal switch or ATM key lock control module.

Delete space between(wont- l) should be (wont-l) for address to work

Sorry just have to ask. You are pressing the brake pedal down as you try to move gear shift, correct?
