rear brakes dont slow car down, front noses down when breaking, codes show problem with abs

likely ebcm/bpmv. valve sticking in brake pressure modulator valve assembly or solonoid open in EBCM(electronic brake control module). solonoid circuit or valve code?

    Lost pedal pressure while driving , changed master cylinder , bled all 4 , still no pedal pressure rear brakes do not operate at all. Put on hoist spin rears step on brakes continue to spin.
