Has anyone found a 72 grand prix sj fuel tank? do they have a 1vent or 3vent with a 2line sending unit

I think it's a one vent with two lines...

That's correct. One to the engine, one coming back to the engine, and a vapor line for the EVAP system (called ELS) back in those days. Now if your GP does not have air conditioning you will not have a fuel return line going from the engine back to the gas tank. HTH. - Jim
